# Jakub Větrovec > I build AI systems, platforms and the software around them. Automation, design work, websites, dashboards, data — from the first sketch through the model and the plumbing to something that runs in production and keeps running. Players examine locations, read documents and reconstructed interviews, then choose their explanation of events. The game identifies factual sources and distinguishes its reconstruction from a historical record or legal document. Its strength is active investigation: players piece together a case from clues and different kinds of evidence. The daily format suits a recurring detective challenge and comparing conclusions with others, while cited sources offer a starting point for further exploration of the case. - [TCL MiniLED Picture Quality Emulator](https://tclminiled.tech/): TCL MiniLED Picture Quality Emulator visually compares SQD-MiniLED, RGB-MiniLED, QD-MiniLED and basic LED using the same content. Night, movie, sport and game scenes can be displayed in one to four panels, with model and screen-size selection for each technology. Alongside the final picture, the app shows the backlight layer and accepts a custom image or video. Its strength is a direct comparison of the same scene and a view of what lies behind the picture. This helps explain local-dimming differences during product training, customer conversations or technology presentations. The built-in SQD-MiniLED explanation adds context about the individual layers; this is an illustrative emulator rather than a measurement of a real panel. - [TCL Local Dimming Simulator](https://true.tclminiled.tech/): TCL Local Dimming Simulator illustrates the relationship between a TV picture and locally controlled backlighting. Users can select models and screen sizes and compare the picture with its lighting zones. Horizontal, vertical, diagonal and side-by-side views help demonstrate differences between MiniLED and basic LED technologies. Its strength is offering several comparison views that make the relationship between a scene and lighting zones easier to understand. The simulator can support local-dimming explanations, sales-team training and visual comparisons of TV technologies and screen sizes. - TCL Shop display 3D Planner: TV Wall Planner supports complete retail display planning for televisions, major domestic appliances (MDA) and mobile devices. Depending on the project type, users can design walls, podiums, islands, endcaps, stands or shelves. It combines millimeter-based dimensions with a library of products and display elements; grids, snapping, rulers and guides help arrange them. Its strength is bringing products, display structures and visual identity into one concrete design. Teams can compare arrangements, review placement and communicate the intended installation between sales, marketing and implementation teams. PDF and JPEG exports combine the plan with text and presentation materials, while AI visualization can provide a more tangible impression of the result. It suits planning a new retail area, updating existing displays and aligning product presentation across stores. Its library organizes topics by product category, market trends and knowledge practice. Each quiz includes an editable introduction, questions, answer options and the correct answer; search and filters help track publication and the availability of images, video, scripts, translations and voice-over. Its distinctive strength is the connected workflow from a learning topic and knowledge checks to a scene-by-scene video script with visuals, on-screen text and narration. Media Studio provides a workspace for image and video assets. Language versions share visuals while localizing scripts, voice-over and captions, allowing the same content to serve multiple markets without repeating the entire production process. The studio offers both AI-assisted quiz creation and manual authoring. It suits sales-team training, ongoing product education and consistent learning materials across countries. Sign-in required. - TCL IFA 2026 — Event Guide: IFA 2026 — Event Guide presents three complementary web tools for TCL visitors and staff at the Berlin trade show. They cover the journey to the venue, an independent stand tour and promoter preparation. Their shared strength is a focus on specific event situations: each tool gives its audience the relevant information in a phone-accessible interface. Promoter Guide brings stand-team working materials together. It serves as a shared reference before and during the event, with access protected by an assigned code. Audio Guide divides the stand tour into six themed sections in six languages. Visitors can explore at their own pace and return to individual sections. It complements promoter explanations and supports people who prefer another language. IFA Shuttlebus helps passengers navigate hotel-to-venue shuttle transport. It separates passenger and driver experiences and provides a shared information point for journey coordination and changing transport times. Together, these tools support trade-show team coordination and a more convenient visitor experience. Sign-in required. - Baraak: Baraak is a 3D game about building a house from blocks suspended on a moving crane. Players time each drop, watch the balance and manage in-game coins. Its menu offers a tutorial, campaign and endless tower, with house furnishing also presented in the game interface. Its strength is a simple timing decision with a visible spatial effect on the entire structure. The game suits a short challenge in precision and judgment; the campaign gives building a progression goal, while the endless tower encourages repeat attempts and improvement. - [jakubvetrovec.cz](https://www.jakubvetrovec.cz/): Jakub Větrovec’s personal website presents work on AI systems, automation, web platforms and software. Its minimal presentation includes three playable games: Arkanoid, Invaders and Formula. The bilingual portfolio has expandable project cards, while a private CMS with Google sign-in supports content editing. Its character comes from combining a professional introduction with a playable example of the work. Visitors can quickly explore the projects or examine their screens in more detail, while the CMS supports ongoing portfolio updates in both languages. /admin/ and /stats/ are private areas and are not portfolio content.
